TexFleet is fortunate to have the team of
Michael Golden and Dee Dee Adams to serve

Contractors. Michael and Dee Dee have been
working together for several years specializing
in the intricacies of acquiring, financing and
delivering vehicles to ICs. This includes
pre-bid approvals, credit packaging, transportation
logistics, multi-state vehicle registration,
and fleet management services.
This capable team, coupled with TexFleet’s
proven ability to get A-D credit bought at its
more than a dozen national lending partners is
a formidable combination.
Recent customer highlights include the
following successes:
Texfleet helped two ICs in California by delivering
vehicles to them within 14 days of their
orders. This enabled them to have the vehicles
in time to begin their new routes.
We also assisted an IC in replacing 15 vehicles
when their credit, financial statements and
cash flow were far less than stellar. Not only
did TexFleet get the credit package assembled
and approved, we also worked with ARI to
purchase the old units at top dollar. This transaction
also involved helping the IC negotiate
with their current lender as well as paying off
the current lender in order to complete the
trade for the new vehicles.
Another IC was experiencing rapid growth and
needed more credit lines and vehicles than
their limited history and financials could get.
By structuring the credit package, working
with multiple lenders, and painting the overall
picture for the lenders this IC has been able to
keep up with their growth with regular delivery
of new vehicles for new routes and has begun
replacing their old units.
Another example of thinking outside the box
occurred when an IC had a problem with a
vehicle that had never been titled by another
lease facilitator. After many months of trying to
get it done, they turned to TexFleet for help.
TexFleet personnel was able to get the vehicle
titled in one day, which made both the IC and
the lender very happy.
